i'm so pissed right now. My laptops hard drive is dead.
All i did was go to my room for a bit, i come back and my bro moved the comp to the floor.
I open it, and click a button, and BAM!
the screen goes blue. Then ''Operating system can't be found'' Bye pictures, 4,000 songs, Funny videos, Cool progams, slow startups, fucked up battery life. You will be missed RIP.
I hate life.

get the boot cd that came with it, and try using it to repair the instalation

My boyfriend bought a Sony Vaio laptop few years back, and it had a fingerprint reader, which you could use to login. Well, somehow, it got erased and one day, went missing. His friend reset the entire hard drive and now, like three or four years later, he has it again, lol. Okay I know this wouldnt apply for your photos and songs and all, but, you can view this as a fresh start =D Lol, um, I dont know. That really sucks. But that is why you should back up your hard drive.
