he's been touching me. innappropriately. and threatening me and making me do things to him. and i've been wetting the bed ever since he started, which was about a month ago.

he keeps saying. "why cant you be a good little girl. be a good little girl and make daddy happy, like when you were younger."

and he keeps yelling at me for wetting the bed.

and treating me like i'm...literally two.

i'm too scared to go to an authority figure, and lately it's been getting to be even twice a day....

how can i first tell a friend, exactly in exact words, so that they can help me on where to go with this? what should i say to my best friend.....

Why are you afraid to tell the police? They'll help. If your dad's doing this, and claims to have been doing it when you were younger, chances are he's doing it/has done it to other kids as well.

letting the authorities know about this and stopping it before it gets worse is your best choice

cause realistically, what is your friend going to do but go to the police himself?

if you just tell him/ her and expect them to keep quiet about it,that's stupid

do this for your mental health and physical health
