What do I do after to prevent the pore from getting clogged again?

I washed my face after already, and moisturized my skin AROUND the pore, not on it or too close to it.
It's on my nose.

Should I ice it to help the pore close? Or use a toner? Or just leave it?

I had one before, but I don't remember what I did.

ooo Try ambi, idk if they sell it over there but if they do try it girl!!! I love it, its great for discolorations & dark spots
